Stay was OK. Pillows was hard impossible to get a good rested sleep with them. There was some issues with cards for the room. But staff was very friendly and helpful.

Lovely hotel, central location.

Lovely one night stay at the Townhouse. Nice large clean room. Very comfortable bed and pillows, slept so well. Great bathroom, nice to have a bath and heated towel rail. Very central hotel. Will definitely stay again.

The Townhouse Hotel in Manchester is a fantastic stay. It is very close to St Peters Square and Manchester Oxford Train station for easy transportation. The service was good and the staff very friendly.

Whilst the property looks clean and tidy, the price point isn’t reflected in comparison to other hotel chains such as Premier Inn. The hotel itself was cold and air conditioning unit could not be run all evening due to the noise it made. Unfortunately we were also on the side next to a night club that had queues outside until past 2am.

There was no main light in the room, so had to use the light on my mobile phone to find my clothes in my luggage. The mattress needed to be replaced as it was too soft due to being overused. The internet had no password protection. Location of the hotel for shops was only a short distance away. Staff weren't very pleasant, and didn't move other people's luggage out of the way when we picked up ours in their secure room.

We will definitely use this hotel again, clean and tidy ,nice rooms, good bar friendly staff. Theres a ncp multistory carpark on chorlton st just behind the hotel. The breakfast was very good especially the buffet english breakfast. China town is opposite the hotel so your spoilt for choice for restaurants, plenty todo shopping entertainment etc as its eight in the heart of the city.

It’s ok at best. Room and overall atmospheric seemed a bit dated and I prefer contemporary places. It didn’t fill me with joy and will probably stay elsewhere in future.

Lovely big room, was very clean. We stay here every time we go to Manchester. The breakfast is always really nice with a huge choice. The coffee is really nice and it’s a peaceful area where you sit to eat. The hotel is a lovely old building which has been very well kept and is in excellent condition. It has been tastefully decorated to mix modern yet still retain its character. The position is great too, short walk to all the shops and nice bars. Overall it is a great hotel and is always competitive on price. Would highly recommended
