Nice functional hotel for short break.

Staff friendly and efficient, room was perfect for a one night stay, although no kettle in room had complimentary tea and coffee from a machine nearby, which was freshly brewed. Quiet room, black out curtains and good temperature. Good selection of choice at breakfast, but the only disappointing part of the stay was the hot breakfast selection which was poor quality products. Despite this would stay again and have continental breakfast instead.

Lovely friendly hotel. Good food, breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Free coffee and tea to help yourself throughout the day. Rooms were spacious with lovely spacious shower room. Only negative, no plug by the mirror to help with hair styling etc.

Room clean and well equipped. Had a twin room 2 single beds, the beds were very small singles and the mattress was rather hard, all staff were very helpful and friendly. Had the breakfast but the eggs and mushrooms were cold Otherwise plenty of options to choose from

Excellent location for AO Arena with a 5 minute walk to the tram station and then 1 stop and at Victoria. Very clean and comfortable room. Will definitely use again. The customer service and politeness of staff was 2nd to none.

Overall a really pleasant stay 🙂

This hotel is in an excellent location as it is only a short taxi ride from the AO Arena. The hotel is really clean, the room was clean, and comfortable, and the right temperature. Our bed was comfortable and our accessible shower room was excellent. The staff couldn’t be more helpful both at check-in and check-out. Overall a really pleasant stay 🙂

Everything OK - Don't expect anything special!

Room was clean and comfortable. The rest of the Hotel was Okay - nothing special (including the breakfast). The lack of a tea/coffee facility in each room is poor - having to go down to the ground level for a hot drink (admittedly available 24 hours) is not acceptable for the price you pay to stay at this establishment. Other guests were extremely noisy until 3 am, speaking loudly and slamming room doors.
