"The property is small and well maintained. The property was not very full while we were there so it didn't feel crowded anywhere on property. The people were very friendly and helpful. Every request was answered quickly. The main pool (not lazy river) was delightful. The water was refreshing in the 100 degree weather.
-We were checked in early (which was appreciated) but when we got to the room it was still being cleaned and they asked us to come back in about 30 minutes.
-It would have been more relaxing but on our third day they put scaffolding completely surrounding the building next to us. Our balcony faced the scaffolding with the workmen, the very large trash disposal bin, and the work trucks.
-We came for the lazy river, but surprisingly it was anything but lazy. It was quite swift. I actually slightly injured my shoulder and wrist trying to hold on to the ladder railing while trying to get off the float. Unfortunately, parts of the river are only about 2 1/2 feet deep so it is uncomfortable in those areas leaving your legs hanging down. We didn't go back to the "lazy" river after the first day.
-The restaurant is too expensive for what you get. Example: 5 chicken strips and onion rings were $28.
We haven't decided if we would go again. There were lots of wonderful things about it but we ran into a few bumps."
