Lovely hotel annd clean apartment. We got upgraded from two to three bedrooms. Very nice staff. They have separate play area for kids and the games room. We have loved our stay here. We will definitely be staying here again next time.

My family and I stayed at this hotel or the fancier one Sherwood Suites on Nam Ky Khởi nghĩan every time we’re in Ho Chi Minh City. The area is safe and the staffs are professionals. They look out for their guests safety (i.e. remind you’re careful with your cellphone). My sister was not mindful with her crossbody & phone and the staff reminded her… There’s eateries close by. Supermarket close by. Happily return customer again and again. Good job to the entire hotel staffs :) Highly recommended!

Our family of four had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming, and special thanks to Oanh, Loc, Danh, and Quan for their exceptional hospitality. Everyone we met (including the cleaning team) was warm and accommodating. We appreciated the convenience of having our luggage stored after checkout, which allowed us to explore freely. When something broke in our room, the staff responded within minutes, showing their commitment to great service. The hotel's central location made it easy to enjoy everything nearby, and the free shuttle service to main attractions was a huge help in making our sightseeing effortless. We’d definitely return!

Great place to stay! It was nice to have such a spacious space during our trip and the washer and dryer was very useful. Staff at check in (Kevin) was very kind. The communication from the hotel before check in was great, helpful. Location is good, a bit of a walk from the main tourist attractions but really not bad at all.
