Check in 5 mìnutes before 2pm but they said the room is not ready. Breakfast servicing is no good either. I asked for bún bò hue but he ooured the phố broth into my bowl, when i pointed out that is not bún bò hue broth, he said let mẹ change it without saying sorry at all, it seems it is common mistake…it was no big deal but offering an appology would be nice

Special mentions at Club Lounge for Ngan, Annh, Nam and Quincy. Uyen is one of the best . The Cuban band at Saigon Saigon Rooftop Bar and Theo the manager there is extremely talented. Tri from concierge is also helpful.

Wonderful!

Best location in the city! You really can’t go wrong with Caravelle. It’s so convenient for sightseeing, taking the metro, city tour bus, and walking to various famous landmarks. The room is upscale and very comfortable. We love the breakfast buffet with many Vietnamese, Asian, and Western options, juices and fresh fruits are plentiful and very tasty. The concierge is very helpful in getting our laundry done quickly and booking a day tour for us. The only complaint is our room has a moldy smell. We asked for an air freshener but it didn’t help much. We think it’s from the old carpet so they should consider replacing the carpet or freshen up the room a bit. Otherwise our stay was lovely.
