Lovely hotel that feels cozy despite the over the top décor. The views from the rooms and the lounge are amazing. The spa is excellent; the 4 hands massage was awesome. The service and the cocktails are outstanding.Housekeeping can be forgetful and not replenishing everything but this can be fixed with a quick call. The only complaint is that the in room A/C is smelly and musty, creating a very humid atmosphere.

We had the most wonderful stay at The Reverie Saigon for our honeymoon. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our special occasion unforgettable. Every detail was handled with such care and thoughtfulness, and we truly felt spoiled throughout our 3-day stay. The hotel itself is stunning — luxurious, elegant, and full of character — but what really stood out was the warm and attentive service. They made us feel so welcome and celebrated, which meant a lot on such an important trip. I would definitely come back again and stay longer next time. Such a comfortable and lovely place!

I’ve stayed at this hotel three times this year. With its stunning river and city views along with the comfort it offers, this hotel has always given me a pleasant and wonderful experience — it even became the reason I fell in love with Vietnam and Saigon. This place always gives me sweet and beautiful memories, and to me, it is the best hotel in Saigon. I already have my next trip planned for November, and without a doubt, my choice will again be The Reverie Saigon.
