The Midtown Hotel MOD Collection by Sonesta
"I chose this hotel because it appeared to be a good value and I believed parking was included. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Parking was an additional $45 per night, which was a disappointing surprise and changed the overall value of the stay. I wish this had been made much clearer during booking. The room itself was small and quite dark. The shower was also extremely tiny, and getting to the lobby with luggage required carrying everything up a long flight of stairs before even reaching the elevator, which was inconvenient. On the positive side, the staff allowed us to check in early after signing up for their travel rewards program, and I appreciated that flexibility after a long morning of travel. Overall, the hotel was adequate for a one-night stay because of its location, but between the unexpected parking fee, the dark room, the small shower, and the difficult luggage access, I don’t feel it offered the value I expected. I would likely choose a different hotel next time."
