Hotels with Air Conditioning in Harwich from $203

"Property is in a great location but staff was less than expected. When I told them the dispenser for body wash was empty, they wrote in my account (and my receipt) that I complained. I just told them about it because I had previously said we didn’t need room maintenance during our stay so they weren’t coming. Expedia tells you that it’s “all in pricing “ and what you have to pay at the hotel. When I got to the hotel they charged my card more than what Expedia said they would because there was a charge for parking. When I asked what the whole charge was for, they said for breakfast. Breakfast basics consisted of coffee and a granola bar or stuff you get in a vending machine, nothing hot. The next day they charged my card an additional $115 dollars without even a conversation. When I asked about that they said it was for my dog, even though when I searched on Expedia it was for properties that accepted pets so it should have been included with the total dollar amount on the website. I wouldn’t have booked the reservation had I known it was not already added. I also missed an indoor pool and workout room. The pool was outside and not opened yet. Although the property itself was clean and maintained I probably will not book here again "

"Stay was ok- room was clean. The rooms do NOT have microwaves. We pick here because of the indoor pool and hot tub- however they close them as it it off season. "
