Honestly shocked by all the 10/10 reviews. I picked this hotel due to the reviews. The place was grungy. There was black mold on the ceiling in the shower- looks like it had been patched up multiple times. There were scuffs, paint chips and holes In the wall through the room. The woman who checked me in was nice- however had a difficult time with the reservation- took at least 20 minutes to check in and i was the only person since it was a late check in. Said it was due to having a 3rd party reservation- so beware of that booking through hotels.com Definitely not worth the money. Will go back to either the courtyard or doubletree next time I’m in town.

On July 23rd, the fire alarm went off, unknown to us there was a high level of carbon monoxide in one of the residents rooms. We were let back in to our rooms after an hour, after all the rooms were checked. After I got back to my room after being out all afternoon, I found a gift bag in my room with a beautiful note of apology for the disruption. In my opinion, the staff went over and above
