Check in was a bit shaky as I rebooked everything and when i got to the hotel they were saying the third party payment was not complete. The next day someone walked into my room as they did not assign my room to me at check in very scary experience

We enjoyed the property and getting away from our regular lives for the weekend. We found the room and bathroom to be nice but the pillows offered no support. Our check-in seemed to go smoothly until we got a phone call on our 2nd day saying we weren't checked-in only to have someone knocking on our door trying to get in seconds later. The lady on the phone offerded no solutions other to say that we weren't "checked in". I went down to lobby to say that we've already been there for over 24 hours using our room keys, accessing the pool area, had breakfast that morning and the gentleman checking us in yesterday already saw my license and credit card. She kept replying that we weren't "checked in", again with no solution. I asked her if she could check us in and she just said that she needed my license and credit card which I gave to her. Why was this such a big deal and why did she make me feel like we were in the wrong? Other than that, it was a neice stay.

Needed to be near the airport for an early flight during a snow storm. Shuttle was great, was able to park my car after hotel check in, at Bradley, then be picked up and back to the airport in the morning! Clean enough, could be a little better but wasn’t bad.
