Wonderful hotel and stay was great, the only negative was they didn’t replace the Keruig cups for coffee that were used, but they had amazing coffee in the lobby so all was good!

The Hotel and the Staff were excellent

Pros: The hotel Management was fantastic! The lobby was clean, each guest was greeted warmly, and given water at check-in.
Cons: Nothing that I could observe
Location: Close proximity to the University of Hartford, easy on/off the highway and a reasonable drive to downtown Hartford.
My experience with Travelocity was poor when they erased my hotel reservation. The Hilton Garden Inn helped me find a place to stay.

Business trip

Pros: Very up to date hotel. elevators worked great. rooms had lot of room to move in them. restaurant had pretty good food and the bar staff was great.
Cons: give me a receipt even if the booking was thru a third party.
Location: Close to the interstate, which got you anywhere in the area fairly fast
Had a nice trip to hotel, staff checked us in quickly. found the room which was clean and modern.

Nice easy stay

Pros: Cookies!
Cons: Cleaner fitness facility
Location: not much but not too far
We stayed one night. The room is comfortable but the beds are small which I knew in advance. Bathroom is also kind of small and tub is very rounded which was odd. Oatmeal cookies in the evening were nice. The fitness center had to be opened at 5:05 and when the front desk did it was dirty and there were no towels plus it was 72 degrees.

High marks to Will.

Pros: I liked the staff.
Cons: I couldn't turn down the a.c. and the blowing of cold air on my sinuses was not good.
Location: n/a
Will, the night desk clerk had to deal with two unreasonable people before me. He saw how tired I was and pleasantly zipped me through check in. He deserves a medal! The check out woman desk clerk was also very polite and pleasant. The breakfast staff were efficient and pleasant. It's such a wonderful experience to have such good service.

Nice Room

Pros: The room was comfortable.
Cons: Tell that guy that if he didn't want to be pleasant at 5:15 a.m., he should find another shift.
Check in staff -- Debbie and Maritza -- were wonderful and smiling. The room was great with a fridge which I needed. The check out desk clerk (male) was grumpy and short tempered. I asked what price I was billed and he said he couldn't tell me.
