Unfortunately this stay did not meet our expectations due to the lack of cleanliness and maintenance in the room. The deadbolt lock was broken, there were sunflower seed shells on the floor by the bed, there was brown residue on one of the towels and red/purple stains on one of the pillow cases.

Wonderful staff and the room was very clean. There were board games we could borrow and our room had a door so we had some privacy from the kids. Breakfast had the standard along with eggs, sausage, potatoes and pancakes. Nothing incredible but everyone found something to eat.

We had to move rooms twice - first room was next to a very noisy room, the second room wasn’t made up. I’m writing this to say that the woman working the front desk was amazing. She was apologetic and fixed the issue right away.

I love staying at the Hyatt House. I have done so at least once a month this past year. The hotel and rooms are so clean, and spacious, with a comfortable, happy atmosphere. The staff is friendly and courteous. I recommend it with 5 stars.
