great location but could have had more

First, the desk service was excellent. Beds very comfortable. However, we had trouble with 1. TV (didn't work, we moved rooms). 2. Heat (too late for the maintenance but we got blankets) Room could have been a little better -- drawers for clothing, microwave for popcorn. I thought it was good; my husband wasn't happy at all.

Good but could be better

Overall the hotel and service was amazing. Only downfall was that the bed was very uncomfortable and me and my spouse woke up with neck, shoulder and back pain. The AC and heat was only working on one side. Other than that I didn’t have any problems

The shower was warm at best. The wash sink didn't have hot water. I'm a plumber so I investigated. The hot water valve was turned off, when I tried to turn it on, water was gushing out the valve. This is an easy fix for even low skilled plumbers. This is unacceptable.
