The fire alarm went off at 5:00 am. It was freezing out. We were outside for more than 30 minutes. No one told us what was going on. It was a terrible experience

Front desk staff was AWESOME! They changed my room for me (booked a studio instead of a suite by mistake). However, no pillows, no sheets no blankets at the Hotel. People leaving their dirty towels and garbage OUTSIDE their hotel room door. GROSS

would have loved the hot tub except it was not very hot .. like 98 degrees would have used it more if hotter like 104 degrees. Breakfast was good most of the times except when they had turkey sauages they looked awful grey color and they must have been boiled. The waffas were excellent. also there was a fairly nice selection of items . rooms were great .. also nicely cleaned each day . We would stay here again ...

This was an excellent hotel for the price and we will likely stay again in the future. Rooms were nice, beds were comfortable. In the future it will be even better when full breakfast service returns. We were disappointed the hot tub was not functioning properly.

The room and hotel was very nice! However, we had a dirty room. There were toenails on the floor, old towels, trash hadn’t been taken out which had a full wet swimsuit in it, and hair in the bathtub. The manager on duty said he would talk to his staff. I felt that was very poor. While the hotel was nice, the cleanliness of our room was not.
