The Route-Inn Grantia Hanyu Spa Resort is about 1 mile (2 kilometers) from the city center of Hanyu. Once you have enjoyed Hanyu, save some time to uncover the other natural and cultural attractions of the Kanto area. Kanto boasts beaches and coastal plains. Commonly visited visitor destinations are ruins and castles. Popular pastimes in this particular region of Japan include snowboarding.

35 miles (58 kilometers) away from Hanyu, you'll find Tokyo, which is where you can enjoy Tokyo Tower and Sensoji Temple.
