Owner provides a detailed informational document with everything you need. Access to the Owner’s Beach and Napua is a top shelf perk. "Great location. We wanted seclusion and it did not disappoint. I see some reviews complaining about the road to the house but that is what I loved. The connecting road is a little steep and bumpy but to get away from the crowds or tourists' areas, I can put up with a little rough road. We rented a Jeep because we planned on going to hard-to-reach beaches, etc., and did not have any problems. I do have to mention that the description of the property is not correct on the Vrbo page. The very first words in the listing says, "Entire house", which is not entirely true. There are other people that live in the house on the first level. However, the care takers that live there are very nice people and helpful. They were helpful in getting us in the house because the door lock code that was sent to us was wrong/old. In addition, the book of instructions inside the house also has an expired code. These are all minor things that did not cramp our style at all.Thanks "
