"We’ve just returned from a 7-night stay at Secrets Lanzarote Resort & Spa and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, peaceful, and perfectly suited for a relaxing getaway. As a vegan couple, we were especially pleased to find dedicated vegan menu options, which made dining easy and enjoyable throughout our stay. Puerto Calero, just nearby, is a lovely marina area with great scenery and a calm atmosphere — perfect for a stroll or a sunset drink. We did have a small room service issue during our stay, but once we raised it, the team handled it promptly and professionally. Being an adults-only resort makes it ideal for couples looking to unwind, and the nightly shows provide great entertainment without disrupting the tranquil atmosphere. "Ocean view suite was beautiful, everything you needed. TV service intermittent ( weather issue?), bath faces you as you enter the room - strange concept. Staff were so kind. Breakfast was exceptional. Hotel entertainment generally was ok, but really disappointed with the "highlight show of the week" - not professionalism you would have expected. Pools were great, yes a little on the cold side, but it is early in the year. Spa facilities we used and enjoyed treatments. "
