The property is under construction and they didn’t mention it before booking, no security guards at night at the gate any body can walk in, no one at the door to welcome you in or to help with luggage, and the room cleaning is very fair, they don’t mope around often.

great hotel

third time at this hotel and maybe I'm too spoiled but the bed was a little too firm for me (jst whining) they are updating the elevators and bar area, one thing I did not like is the staff knock twice and enter the room, what if I'm in shower is kind of hard to hear someone knocking or I could be napping I don't know maybe they need to change that policy of knocking twice and enter, plenty parking, other than that place is great excellent service and I'm still coming back to Victoria Ejecutivo.

The hotel was very clean, quiet and in the rooms are updated. Room service was excellent and the complimentary dessert and wine was a really nice touch. I loved the shower and all the amenities including the beautiful pool surrounded by palm trees. I highly recommend hotel Victoria

Booked a room 1 month in advance with the option to pay when we arrived at the property. Half an hour prior to arriving, we get a text saying our reservation was cancelled. We arrive asking about our room and they tell us that despite booking our room we were “lower priority” than other customers and sold our room, leaving us stranded in the city with no where to stay. We asked for help finding another room either with them or someone else and they in summary told us to kick rocks.
