“One Man, Four Jobs, Zero Hospitality” We arrived late and were greeted by a guy doing everything — front desk, security, bellboy, possibly chef. Impressive multitasking, terrible service. Hotel at 11% occupancy, yet they “couldn’t” honor my Expedia Platinum VIP upgrade. Half an hour later, still nothing but excuses. Then came the kicker: my girlfriend had a natural period accident, and they charged 800 pesos for a towel. Apparently, biology is a billable offense here. The place is noisy, unsafe, and allergic to empathy. Across the street, a five-star hotel costs $20 more — go there. I wouldn’t stay here again unless they paid me ten times the nightly rate and included free therapy.

Everything was great! Highly recommend! Staffs super nice, the rooms are cleaned daily, the gyms open 24 hours and room service is also offered pretty late into the night. I loved it and would return.
