Overall, the hotel is really nice and located in a convenient area. The only issue I had was that my room's door lock did not work properly, and I had to go to the front desk a few times. However, I still love the place and I will definitely return on my next trip to Guadalajara.

Access to the balcony was for VIP rooms only, but not advertised that it was. It was one of the amenities that I was looking forward to. Breakfast options were limited also and the same everyday which get old if you’re there for an extended stay.

La habitación sumamente sucia, el personal super grosero, sobre todo en la cocina ala hora de tomar el desayuno, el desayuno se supone que es buffet, pero no te dejan tomar tu la comida y encima tienes que pagar por comerte un huevo y todos los dias la misma comida,el cuarto olia todo el tiempo a cañeria, hasta el agua solo para lavarse los dientes tenia un olor desagradable, cuando quize contactarme con el personal de servicios ejecutivos nunca estaba (al final mi problema se arreglo con ellos pero despues de pasar casi dos dias llamando y pidiendo ayuda a expedia) no ahi nada cerca, super sucio tanto adentro como afuera, la peor experiencia que eh tenido con hoteles y mira que viajo mucho. Me eh quedado en lugares mas baratos super agradables, ah diferencia de este que estuvo terrible.
