I think that for this price you cant really ask for more. It is OK but you need to bring accessories and supplies of all kind to survive while you are in there.

No receptionist, locked doors, hotel dark

My husband and I arrived at the hotel, hotel was dark no lights and it seemed it was not in service. We rang the door bell , called the tel # no one ever answered. We had to quickly find another hotel, much more expensive, because it was last minute reservation and I was having surgery the next day.We had traveled from Texas to Guadalajara. Never again will we trust Expedia. Expedia should check these hotels and should not offer them to customer for booking. Expedia should definitely refund our money even though we did not pay a protection fee. This was Expedia who neglected to confirm the service of this hotel, BTW was not in service.

Very basic

This hotel was the only option I found during my trip to Guadalajara. the hotel is clean an comfortable with the basic needs. My only issue was that I had to wait for almost an hour outside the hotel because there is no one at front of the property to receive the guests. It is important that the there is always a person at the the property to resolve the guests needs or issues.

No puedo evaluar limpieza y habitación porque literal no había nadie para hacer check in, marque a los números del hotel nadie contestó, marque a un teléfono que tenían pegado en la entrada del hotel y tampoco tuve respuesta. Así que me comuniqué con expedía y ellos me reubicaron a otro lugar.

Malísimo! Cuando tenía que hacer el Check out no habia nadie en la seudo recepción, pero el primer día te piden 200 pesos de depósito, y nunca me lo devolvieron, ni atendieron el teléfono cuando los llame, ni supe donde dejar las llaves. Malísimo!!! No ir!!!

si vas a quedarte ahi pide una habitacion lejos de recepcion ya que desde bien temprano se ponen a hablar las mucamas y las habitaciones no son aprueba de sonido lo ecomiendo comoo hotel de paso no hacen el aseo diario si no se los ordenan de 8 dias que estube solo lo hacieron 2 poqe pedia en recepcion que lo hicieran si no no lo hacen me quede sin llave 1 dia en la noche y llame al telefono de 24 horas y nadie contesto tube que hablarle a un cerrajero no tienen personal 24 horas solo trabajan disque de 7 am a 9pm pero muchas veces se iban mas temprano

Desagdrabale y pesimo servicio de reservación,

No respetaron mi reservación en el hotel de mi elección sobrevenden las habitaciones, la persona que programa las reservaciones con pesima actitud de servicio y muy autoritaria a pesar de ella haber causado el problema, me cambiaron mi itinerario en la ciudad gracias a su ineptitud. Al final me acomodaron en otro hotel que no deseaba. Ni siquiera hay gente en la recepción y no dan respuesta a las quejas.

ubicacion privilegiada pero; mala atencion

A la llegada al hotel está cerrado, porque no hay personal de base .Tienes que llamar a otra sucursal para que alguien se desplaze y te registre, ademas se tardan una hora en arribar, el colchon incomodo, el control para la t.v. no funciona.

Mal, a mi llegada no había nadie en recepción y espere media hora para poder registrarme, sólo había una toalla y al dejar el hotel tuve que pasar a dejar las llaves de la habitación a otro hotel que está a media hora.
