From the beginning, check in it was not good. The lady said early check-in was OK. Had me pay for it and then realized it wasn’t. Once we actually checked into the room there was dog hair all over the couch and the TV remote didn’t work. I asked the front desk to have us taken care of while we had dinner elsewhere for hours. We came back And it still was not clean and the remote still wasn’t working. The sheets were also stained and ripped and so were the towels mostly stain. It was just an overall dirty place.

Convenient location and nice apartments but they have a very early checkout (10am) with no flexibility, it wasn't very clean (trash in the shower from the previous host) and the WiFi was very poor.

Me encanto quedarme en dreamhaus! Desde que llegue nos sentimos super comodos, todo estaba impecable y muy bien cuidado. La decoracion es moderna y se ve que le pusieron mucho detalle. Algo que me gusto mucho fue que la limpieza era diaria, siempre regresaba y todo estaba en orden, lo cual se agradece muchisimo. La zona tambien me parecio ideal la colonia Country Club es tranquila, segura y con muchas areas verdes alrededor, pero al mismo tiempo estas cerca de todo. Pudimos movernos facil por la ciudad y caminar a cafes y restaurantes. Sin duda fue una excelente eleccion y me volveria a quedar ahi sin pensarlo!!

Mi estancia en DreamHaus fue simplemente excepcional. Desde el momento de mi llegada, el personal me recibió con una calidez y profesionalismo que marcaron la diferencia. La ubicación en el corazón financiero es inmejorable, con fácil acceso a restaurantes, tiendas y atracciones culturales, todo en una zona segura y tranquila. El departamento en el que me hospedé superó todas mis expectativas: amplio, impecablemente limpio y decorado con un estilo moderno y elegante. La cama era extremadamente cómoda, y detalles como el Wi-Fi rápido, la Smart TV y la cocina equipada hicieron mi estancia muy práctica y agradable. Además, el bar en la noche gran plus para relajarme. Tuve una experiencia increible. Desde el primer momento la atencion fue impecable, Ulises y Zara fueron super calidos y profesionales siempre atentos por Whatsapp. La ubicación es padrisima, en una zona tranquila, segura y muy bonita. Los cuartos estaban impecables y fue una super ayuda la limpieza diaria con todos los detalles cuidados al máximo. Como extras la decoración me encanto y el internet funcionaba perfecto para nosotros que necesitabamos trabajar. Sin duda volvere a hospedarme aquí en mi siguiente ida a GDL.

GREAT STAY! Prime location, close to Guadalajara’s key spots. My apartment was clean, modern, and spacious, with a cozy bed and solid WI-FI. Staff were friendly, and the rooftop terrace was perfect for relaxing. Past cleanliness concerns seem improved, though shared areas could use a touch-up. Amazing value—I’d return!

Very deceiving, the property does not have air conditioning. If you book the 3 bedroom apartment it is very hot. No ventilation, the rooms and bathrooms are very dirty. The kitchen appliances are old and some are broken. There is an ant infestation We initially rented a 3 bedroom that had a water leak and smelled moldy They transferred us to another bedroom. And then that 3 bedroom only had one TV in the living room. 1 minute split in the master bedroom and small fans for ventilation in the other rooms. Paid extra for early check in and we still waited close to an hour for the room to be "cleaned". no cleaning was done as there where hairs everywhere and also sitting dust. Flooring in rooms where swollen due to high humidity in building also

Uff, de verdad quedé impresionado. No tengo más palabras. Los detalles... eso es lo que cuenta. El cuarto estaba impecable y con una sorpresa. Unas galletas que sabían a cielo. Y en el WhatsApp me ayudaron a conseguir boletos de última hora para un evento, sin que yo me lo esperara. Son unos genios, en serio. ¡Recomiendo al 100%!

Mi viaje de negocios se convirtió en unas vacaciones inesperadas. Necesitaba un lugar tranquilo para trabajar, y me sorprendió la amplitud y comodidad de la suite. No se puede pedir más. Lo que más me gustó fue la atención a los detalles. En la habitación había unas galletas deliciosas y una nota de bienvenida escrita a mano. Nos fue regular, un poco confuso en el check in, no había personal en el recepción, todo era virtual y tuvimos que esperar un buen rato para que nos dieran los códigos de acceso para entrar.
