Hotel was great. The staff were very professional and friendly at all times. Check in was fast and smooth. Room exceeded our expectations. We got a wine bottle at arrival and room had everything we needed, it even came with bath robes. Bed and pillows were comfy. There is plenty of great restaurants around that you can walk to. And there’s an Oxxo a block away in case you need some snacks. The area seemed very safe even at night. They have a nice pool on the rooftop with some lounge area to relax. We definitely recommend the restaurant close by “La Tequila” it’s phenomenal. Will be staying again on our next trip to Guadalajara.

El hotel me encantó, desde mi llegada recibieron mi coche para guardarlo en el estacionamiento, servicio del personal muy bueno, tuve el desayuno incluido al dia siguiente y estuvo muy rico. Mi habitación muy bonita, con muy buen gusto en decoración, todo fué excelente, regreso a este hotel para mi futuro viaje.
