Cant beat the location, I found it old school charming, with a resident evil vibe. My cousin had a newly remodeled bathroom, i didn't, so ask for it.

I booked a room with 2 beds. The room only had one bed. The Hotel Frances was full so we had to go find another room. We were charged anyway. Exedia.com can not be trusted. Unless I am refunded this week I will be letting Facebook, etc know

Staff very nice. Hotel is beautiful, rooms are rough. Roof top and Mariachi great. Rooms might be good for some local standards. Those from USA, go somewhere else. I hate to complain, but when there are car fresheners in the bathroom....
