Don't stay at this property. They will not refund your money if you make s booking error and try to fix it 10 minutes later. They did not even respond to my request and o paid and stayed there despite making booking error a week in the future.

People were friendly and very helpful. The guy at the front deck was very nice to my kids. The cleaning ladies were helpful every time we needed something. Very convenient for the location for everything we needed it for.

A terrible waste of money

Found a live cockroach on my pillow. They didn't offer new bedding. I asked for a new room which they did give me. They asked me to bring the roach to them bc they were skeptical. I sent them a pic instead. Showerhead didnt work properly. Water all over the bathroom floor.

I was charged for times on my debit card, for a reservation that i already paid for. Not including the ridiculous price of $100 for incidentals. Went to spend some time with family, however because od the clerks mistake, we had no money to do such. Hoping everything is resolved by Monday.

Great for $100/night and just 20 min from airport.

The staff was friendly and helpful. When my key card didn't work right, they apologized and fixed the problem immediately. The temperature of our room was very cold, but could have just been that we didn't turn the temp up as much as we should have. Beds and pillows were clean and comfortable and plenty of areas to set our belongings. The accessible shower didn't seem to have proper drainage and the water pooled up into the area outside of the shower, so that was kind of annoying. Otherwise everything was pretty good. Didn't even use the coffee, tv, or any of the amenities. Didn't go to breakfast either so can't comment on that.

When we used the hot water for the shower or the bathroom tap there was like a water hammer noise in the pipes in the wall. The pool was being fixed so it was closed due to construction. Not a bad stay but I would probably would have spent a little more for a better stay.

Nice size room and clean. Breakfast was great and the porter assigned was awesome. Front desk reception for checking in and out were awesoe too. Noisy 2nd floor stairwell door which also was missing handle on stair side of door. Outside access door for ground floor/stairwell was difficult to open or plain wouldn't pull open even though key card worked.
