It was a one night stay. I got there at 1am there was staff on the front desk. I was able to check in easily and was given a late check out. Place was clean and fresh and the breakfast was great. They had hot and cold breakfast options

There is a $50 deposit for each day. My deposit was a ridiculous $800. Your have to pay $15 a day for valet parking, because there is no street parking. If the get a package delivered is a $5 fee for each. The breakfast is nothing worth eating. I would only stay here if I need somewhere to rest for 1 night.

Unfortunately, we had to change rooms because the AC flooded the floor in the room. We were initially assigned. Additionally, the shuttle driver was extremely behind schedule both on my day of arrival and on my day of departure. This caused for a delay in my travel plans, and it was very unfortunate! When it was brought to his attention, he left our bags in the street and pulled off without even putting them on the curb when dropping us off at the airport. I have complete documentation of all events concerning the shuttle driver. As someone who regularly stays at this hotel chain, I am deeply considering taking my time and money elsewhere. Please contact me regarding this.
