The property itself was clean. The staff was great. The room was quiet and comfortable. I would have preferred to stay in a different part of Ft Lauderdale it didn't feel the safest. There was no ice or coffee in the room. But overall good.

Staff was very polite, maid service was terrible. We were there for 4 nights and not once did the room staff clean, refresh towels,toilet paper or empty trash. Had to ask for all each day. Hotel courtyard was not cleaned at all, cigarette butts and containers were filled and over filled, and no available free parking , just paid valet service.
