We got to the property around 4p but wasn't able to check in until 2 hours later due to no staff to get the rooms ready . Check im staff esd pleasant and helpful, the property was good.

I’ve stayed here twice and on both occasions there was a LONG wait FOR CHECK IN. this is unacceptable. Several guests in the lobby were upset and I also find it distasteful.

The hotel itself was very nice. We were there for 5 nights and they did not come and change our bedding. We asked a staff who was cleaning the room next to us and she said our room was not on her list of rooms. When we came back our bed was made but not with clean sheets. The pool area was a very big disappointment. Very small and not many chairs and there were broken chairs there as well.
