The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. It was an especially clean room, and had a nice common area and pool. It is not fancy, but well worth the price.

Easy, efficient check in. Excellent complementary breakfast, but room had horrible scent of smoke. Bed sheets very clean, but all the linens smelled bad. Not sure why the scent, but it possibly came from saloon below. Only stayed 1 night, so didn’t complain or asked to switch rooms.

My room was in the back of the hotel underground!! It stunk, the lighting was out in the hallway which made it feel unsafe!

The lobby smells of smoke, the room has that old air conditioner smell like a cheap motel - but it is. Is there more public smoking in PA than other states? The sheets are soft, though!

The whole property just seemed dingy. There was construction going on. My bed was very comfortable. My room wasn’t may. But it was clean. The mini fridge kept everything cold.

The hotel lobby smelled of smoke so bad it was still on my clothes tbe next day. The room needed redone , the wallpaper was coming up . The bathtub facet pulled out of the wall when i pulled up on the shower pull. The rug had stains . The side of the bed had a rip and was dirty. The bathroom sink spigot turned sideways when i turned it on. There was several spots throughout tbe room and on the doors that had big marks that needed painted. It was very dirty and i would never recommend it to anyone. It says it has a pool and there pool is empty. I was very disappointed to say the least.

There was an orange stain on the ceiling and stains on the blanket. The nircowave had sticky stuff in it and for some reason fhere was an iron board and no iron.

There was missing/peeling paint in and around the rooms. The cover was missing from the smoke detector in the room and it looked to be inoperable which is a safety hazard. The pool, which is the only reason I booked with this particular hotel, was not in working order (drained, cordoned off with safety tape). Inside the coffee pot in the room looked like it had never been cleaned. The food in the attached restaurant was amazing though. The complimentary breakfast was perfect, and the staff there was phenomenal.
