The room was smaller than expected for a business suite and had one chair and no sofa. The room was adequately clean but the shower design resulted in a significant amount of water left on the bathroom floor after each use. When we asked for more towels multiple times throughout our stay (due to the water on the floor & the fact that they only clean your room & replace towels every 3 days) we were asked by the front desk staff “How many people are staying in that room, any way?” Upon bringing this issue up when I checked out, the front desks staff offered to revive my parking charges ($25 per night) as compensation for the inadequate treatment. With the business suite came a continental breakfast on floor 20 along with happy hour beverages and appetizers. We did check this out on the first night and had one glass of wine but there were really very little snacks left (we went at 7:30 & it finished at 8). Overall, it deserves a 3/5
