Excellent location close to everything, including Rogers Place, restaurants, and the hotel is inside a mall. The room was clean and spacious. I highly recommend it as the service was superb. Jenny from the breakfast was awesome, the front desk personnel were very attentive and helpful with any questions I had. I would definitely stay here again.

Room was freezing maintenance Had to take us up a plug-in heater. Garbage all over the floors in the lobby close to the elevators public parking only leaving your vehicle in an unsafe area and $35 if you pay through the hotel for parking outrageous this will be the last time we stay at the Delta in downtown Edmonton
