Every thing was good but despite informing them in way advance that we will be arriving early. Room was not ready and then it was changed and we have to wait a bit not much. But if you inform that you will be early room should be ready and then we have given room with building view. It’s not big but I should mention. Staff is awesome. Rooms are good

Self parking was the same cost as valet and there were no spots out there by 7 pm. The price is ridiculously high at $45 and should have been advertised with the hotel booking. Then $5 per water even though we are elite members.

We did not eat breakfast here. I was disappointed as we stay at this Marriott fairly frequently and have always had a positive experience. This time there were a few things that I did not enjoy. The king bed in our room was terrible! There were 2 large indents where the mattress springs have worn out making it very uncomfortable. There was someones dirty sock left by the bed. The water for showering was luke warm and intermittent pressure. For over $200/night I expect better than that. I will rethink booking here again.

There was only one caffeinated coffee pod supplied in the room (and one decaffeinated), but two of us were staying in the room. This is "normal" based on previous stays there, and it's time to complain about it. Also, and this too is "normal" and very weird, the plastic "cup covers" are much larger than the tops of the tiny paper coffee cups provided in the room, so these cup covers are totally useless.

They are totally in kahoots with the private parking company right out front. I was ask where I had parked. I said the one right out front. I was not was not asked for my plate number. I received a ticket, despite paying the max daily rate of 45 dollars and because I hadn’t informed the desk my plate number, I had to pay an additional 45 dollars. I had also booked a room for two people. It showed on my booking that I had “free breakfast”. When I checked in, I only received one “free breakfast” voucher, that is only redeemable for one person. Scam.
