Nice hotel in downtown Edmonton. We stayed one night in a renovated, spacious room on the 21st floor. Access to the Executive Lounge on the 20th floor was a nice perk. Parking is an additional $25.00 per day and conveniently located underground in the building. My husband and I would stay at the hotel again.

We had a really good stay at Chateau Lacombe. Our room had a big window with a spectacular view of the river valley — such a nice sight to wake up to! The staff were all accommodating and friendly, especially Rachel at the front desk and Cornelia from housekeeping. They both did an excellent job and made us feel welcome. The only thing I’d say is that the bed felt a bit outdated and the pillows were a little small, but overall, we still had a pleasant stay.

I will never stay here again. Room was “horrible” un finished drywall and dated. Vehicle was broken into with $2500.00 plus damage. Of course, because you sign a waiver for your vehicle the hotel washes their hands of it. I would rather have spent $500 + on a room because it’s going to cost me in insurance premiums and deductible, Not to mention the hassle and time.
