"Expected much more, horribly disappointed, first issue elevator doesn’t have a button for the 3rd floor to which we were assigned because the claimed they didn’t have rooms on any other floor, you had to take the elevator to the 2nd or 4th floor then come down the stairs, imagine someone with disabilities having to deal with this, Arrived at the 3rd floor and entire floor smelt of smoke and weed, this is just unacceptable. Specifically requested house keeping after the first night, never showed up throughout out 3 night stay Requested new towels be delivered to the room, front dest indicated we’d have to come get them ourselves, the lack of customer service is astounding. Do not book this location "
