The bathroom lighting can be improved by having more switches. My room only has 1 switch to either on or off all the lights in the bathroom. Breakfast spread was extensive and some a la carte dishes like steak, pho and French toast were good! After check out, Concierge was very helpful in helping us direct the Grab car to the hotel's main entrance. Skillfully loaded all our luggage for us. Hotel security was good with staff around at the L1 lobby. To get to rooms, guests had to change lifts at L7 using room keys"
