Staff were efficient and very kind. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean and comfortable. The swimming pool area is a great place to relax. The room was very spacious, the bed was enormous! Amenities such as shower gel, shampoo/conditioner all provided. Breakfast buffet was fantastic, so much choice with hot and cold foods. The surrounding area is packed with designer shops, malls and the Ben thanh market is about a 15 minute walk away. There is 7/11 stores/ Circle K convenience stores very close by. Would stay again.

NOT AS GRAND AS YOU THINK The hotel is really tired and in need of a revamp. All the furniture is extremely grubby. Bathroom had black mould. For the price you pay you would expect better! The staff in the restaurant appear busy but we spent most of our time asking for things that continually had run out. The older men working there were rude and served COLD tea and coffee. The longest time the reception staff spent with us was when we checked out and they did a room check - seriously there is nothing worth taking. One of the worst hotels we have stayed in

Staff (Front Desk, Bell Desk and Concierge): I found the Front Office staff to be very polite and professional in the lobby. They were very attentive and proactive. The only criticism that I have is them talking amongst themselves in Vietnamese in front of a non-vietnamese speaker does not reflect well.
