Room was too warm and we were not able to lower the temperature below 68 degrees. That was their setting. Only 2 suitcase carts for an over 225 room hotel. Ice machine on our floor wasn't working. And only one staff member at the front desk.

The staff who checked me in, Ms. Jill was very personable and accommodating. Ms. Jill was the best part of my stay. The room was ok, but the shower needed some TLC with new groutung, etc. The front door was loose, but Ms. Jill got the maintenance to take care of it and was gixed right away.
