My room was NEVER cleaned when I was there. After taking a shower the first it left a 1inche of water in the tub. Nobody did a thing about it, bed was never made the entire room was never touched.

This one of the better comfort inns we have stayed in. Only negative was the shower head as it was a bit weak of a spray but still worked. I have had much worse and no hot water!!. Everything else was great!

There’s dining options and a shopping plaza within walking distance. The pool and available gym equipment was nice for burning off some energy after a long drive.

Upon checking in, we found that there was no shampoo, soap, etc. in the room. There was also no stopper in the tub, and only half a roll of toilet paper. The room looked like it had been stripped for parts. The front desk person on duty came up with a lame excuse, but quickly gave us another room across the hall. That room wasn't any better. The soda vending machine on our floor only took cash, but wouldn't actually accept bills. The machine on the next floor down only accepted cards, but was sold out (and charged me anyway). The machine in the lobby finally worked, but again, only accepted cash. After traveling all day, these kind of of things are not only inconvenient but inexcusable as well. There are plenty other hotel options 15 miles away. It's well worth driving to one of those and saving yourself the aggravation.

Pool and hot tub shut down due to having too much chlorine. Chlorine was burning our eyes and throats. Trash was piled up and not taken out throughout the facility. Our room was never cleaned and restocked on a weekend with towels and washcloths nor was our trash taken out! Never saw housekeeping once.
