The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the AC/Heat unit kicked in very loudly startling me out of sleep each time I dozed off.

Good for an overnight stop on a longer trip. All went well, too cool to swim, continental breakfast a bit skimpy.

The property seemed to be meticulously clean and the staff went out of their way to accommodate. They obviously took pride in their business and tried to make things as comfortable as possible.

friendly staff..breakfast included!!

the hotel is very close to campus the room was adaquate breakfast a bonus..make your own waffles!!

Need smoke free environment

Pros: Free Internet
Cons: Noisy, Poor breakfast, bad odors
Smoking rooms are obsolete. This hotel was so smoke filled I couldn't breathe. Also the continental breakfast was scary. Several employees stood nearby watching everyone to make sure no food was removed from the room. I have never seen something like this before. Why can't food be taken to eat in the room. After all, there is a fridge, microwave and coffee maker in the rooms. I felt like a thief!!!!

Public places should be smoke free!!!!

Cons: Noisy, Poor breakfast, smelled
Our room was a smoking room. I have stayed in many hotels with smoking rooms, but this one was the most offensive one ever. It smelled like it had been used as a bar room, like it had never been cleaned or aired out. I don't smoke, but I had a hard time breathing in this room. Also the free continental breakfast room had several employees standing nearby to make sure nothing was taken out of the room, including the food! like to eat my breakfast in my room where I can relax. I felt that this was ridiculous!! I would not recommend this hotel!

This hotel was fine for my purposes.

Pros: Free breakfast, Free Internet
Cons: Noisy
In general, hotels seem a bit overpriced these days, but for the price, this one fit my needs for a clean & easy access location. There were some noise issues with apparently long-term guests from the shale drilling companies, but it was not too bad overall.
