Staff-competent, Overall Accommodations - Modern and Clean, Room - Clean, adequately furnished and stocked, Nice chairs and working desk, two phones, bed comfortable, but no alarm clock. The door on the bathroom was atrocious. A rolling barn door type door that didn't close fully and was a finger pinching accident that would almost certainly happen if there were little children closing it, or opening it. Definitely a bad structural decision for a hotel. Would look at different options instead of staying there again.

This hotel was dirty and poorly maintained. It took the front desk clerk nearly 15 minutes to check us in — and there wasn’t even anyone else waiting. Our first room, a king suite, was horrifying: the wood-look floor was peeling, the end table was missing pieces, and a large chunk was broken off the front. We immediately asked for another room, which was only marginally better. The mattress was stained, there were dead bugs inside the enclosed lamp shade, the bedding was frayed and discolored, and there was only one side table. The floors were still dirty and peeling, and the pillows smelled moldy and were completely flat. Even the teal and peach color scheme was unpleasant. Save your money and stay elsewhere!

This was the first time we stayed since needing an accessible room. The room was well layed out and had several unexpected and thoughtful features such as low bar for hanging clothes and closet bins that were reachable from a wheelchair. Bathroom was large and very functional.
