Nice & clean, great staff!

Staff were friendly with the exception of Antonio who was superb and went beyond! Hotel was clean and common areas. Our only complaint was how firm the bed was. Close to so many things. Oakland Mall is literally right across the freeway. One day we ventured to Royal Oak for food, bars and Trader Joes. The next to Utica- Hall Rd to Dave & Busters and for more shopping.

Room was clean. Good breakfast options. Very poor cooling system…either cold or very hot. We did not get any sleep due to outside door (beside our room) being open and slammed shut all night. Miserable night.

It was clean, the public areas were clean. Our room was spacious and quiet. It made our visit with family that much better. And it was close to some excellent restaurants.
