Certainly has most things needed for a multiday stay. Breakfast a bit awkward. Lots of kids who enjoyed the pool When you got out of elevator, you heard their screams of joy.

We booked a room for my daughter’s 16th birthday celebration, and I couldn’t be more impressed. The staff were exceptionally courteous, the environment was immaculate, and the atmosphere was both cozy and welcoming. Despite having guests, we experienced no issues, and the hospitality was outstanding. The in-room kitchenette was a standout feature—fully equipped with dishes, utensils, a dishwasher, and a spacious refrigerator, offering all the comforts of home. The property was just fine. I didn't have a problem with that. But the WiFi was absolutely abysmal. There wasn't any good connection so working was difficult. And they also have no way to stream which made my downtime even more difficult to enjoy as I had to watch whatever was on the TV. When I asked why I couldn't stream they said they don't have that option. It would have been nice if they had that described prior to booking especially with how expensive my stay was.

The room was amazing and very clean! The maids were friendly and gave us extra towels we needed.The only complaint is the pool was not very clean. They were installing new lights and the gentleman installing them left a screw on the floor and dirt. Hair in the pool and next to the ladder. We brought it to the staffs attention and they picked up the hair, however the pool and area needed cleaned. Also, a cockroach was also in the pool..
