I liked this hotel a lot. Staff was super friendly and smiling. Checkin was simple and fast. Hotel was clean both in the room and the public areas. Room was comfortable and spacous. Just one major issue with them....otherwise okay.

The only complaint I had was that a maid walked into my room while I was sleeping. She just knocked and then walked in without letting me respond. This really annoyed me a lot. Also, they didn't have any "Do Not Disturb" sign in my room the first night, which contributed to this. However, I will say most of the trip was okay: clean hotel, good cookies at front desk, comfortable bed, nice bathroom. Not sure if I'd stay again, but might give them a 2nd chance.

Great hotel

Great hotel if attending a concert at Meadows Brook. Bed’s were comfy, room was clean and employees were friendly. There was art work missing from the walls in the room but over all a nice hotel. Breakfast buffet was better than most!

This was my first time staying at any Holiday Inn and I must say I’m impressed! Staff at check in and check were very pleasant and quick, staff at breakfast was also very friendly. My only issue is the room we stayed in didn’t have WiFi like promised, it say that we were too far from router every time we tried to connect. Other than that the stay was enjoyable.

Room is well-equipped. Housekeeping was fair Fresh towels daily, but never replenished coffee. Had to request at desk every day. Breakfast was not really worth extra price. It is standard hotel breakfast buffet (included at other hotels) and it was so busy you had to wait in long lines and had to wait on more foods to come out. Ordered restaurant food was good.
