A great central location for our various travels around town. Not the quietest but it’s right on Michigan Ave in downtown West Dearborn. Breakfast was good - sufficient options for all. We’ll be back next time in town!

Property is nice and perfectly located for our visits to The Henry Ford with convenient walkable dining nearby. The breakfast there was very good. Water pressure wasn't great and the sliding closet/bathroom door was annoying. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

Do not use hotels for com they will rip you off. If you don’t by the insurance they change the dates you put in forcing you to call and you end up having to pay an extra 60$, if you don’t pay it over the phone you end up having to pay it at the hotel. I will never use them again. Okay

The room looked a as if only the beds had been made and trash removed. There was hair all over the washroom. One of the beds had hair under the cover. Room didn’t smell clean, I had to whip everything down to be sure and buy disinfectant spray

Terrible customer service

Check-in: wanted to split payment between 2 cards. Receptionist was able to do so but didn’t tell me to come back at checkout to make sure payments were done correctly vs just leaving keys in room (which is what I have done many times with no issues). Stay: very nice room, comfortable but breakfast wasn’t great. Not enough options and the lady working the breakfast sat down at a table while on her phone. A hotel guest told her coffee was out. Post stay: Today, my bank accounts that were used: one charge disappeared on account, other was pending and a third I reserved with on hotels.com was charged for full amount (pending). She said she refunded that full amount and recharged the one it fell off of. (Said it was declined initially which is incorrect as funds were available). Says I still owe half the room but there’s still a pending fee on my other card I used there. She tried to charge that card again and of course it declined (duh you used the funds on it already) and I said you can’t it already is pending and the funds aren’t there? Took my number and is calling tomorrow to finish the transaction as if it’s my fault their workers can’t do their jobs. Second: My car was hit in their parking lot by another car. Video will be reviewed tomorrow supposedly. Damage is done. Third: I fell in their parking lot on ice because they didn’t put salt down. They’re lucky I don’t take legal action for that.
