Clayton is a very responsive host. Every question I had was answered within minutes. The property looked exactly like the pictures, but the description wasn’t clear about the floor plan. The small kitchen area is not attached to the main living and sleeping area. I was a bit disappointed in the amenities such as no coffee maker, just a bar of soap in the shower, and no real “extras.” This was a good place for a weekend but probably not a long-term stay. The location was great and very private with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and the DM Rec Plex.

The location was absolutely perfect being on the very edge of Des Moines. It was quiet, no city distractions and very private. The space was very clean and Clayton was very friendly and personable. We definitely would stay again!
