The parking area was the biggest problem as it was very limited. We had a van pulling a 6 ft UHaul trailer and the area to leave it overnight was behind the building & not well lit. We were concerned for the safety of our belongings. Another problem was the “picnic & dog area had not been cleaned. Dog feces were everywhere. It did not resemble the photos online at all. 3rd issue was the floors in the breakfast areas had broken areas where tile needed to be replaced. The manager was very anxious to help us and was obviously working hard to try to keep up with maintenance and repairs.

There was literally feces smeared on our bathroom wall. Very run down. The staff were all very polite, and happy to help. They do the best they can with what they have to work with. Keep your staff, upgrade the building.

The two gentlemen that worked as I checked in were very nice and extremely friendly. The morning staff wasn’t the same. I figured it was maybe just a one day thing, but I stayed 2 days, and the guys again were very friendly and the next morning we had to talk first to the girl at the counter other wise she would have never looked up.

If you are looking for something very nice for an affordable price, this works. For the ones that wrote not so good of reviews, go down the road and pay more for what you think might be better. For the price this is excellent. A little noise. A few small(very small) things, but.....

The teo young men working the desk were great. The area is dirty and the elevator smelled horrible. It was cheap, but I'd rather spend a little more and get a better room.

Great customer service

The staff was amazaing, Hector at the front desk was helpful and very friendly as was Oskar! The lady(didn't catch her name) in charge of the breakfast both mornings did a fantastic job keeping everything stocked and clean. The hotel was sold out because of a concert in the area and they were great at keeping up with the needs of the property. The pool and hot tub were a nice treat as it was 95 degrees while I was in the area.

I booked 5 nights to try this location out as it has free breakfast, parking, and a hot tub. But I was very disappointed with everything. First of all the room felt incredibly humid, and smelled of it upon arrival- very strong and unpleasant. Breakfast is very limited and only from 6am-9am. The location is pretty secluded and the area around it is not kept up with and unpleasant to view. And then there was smaller things like the handle on the toilet in our room being filthy upon arrival, and garbage tucked in the couch in our room. I didn't complain as we had no other options for our stay, and I am very non confrontational, I just wanted to enjoy the stay despite the issues at the hotel, but just beware of the issues listed above!
