Free shuttle from the airport by calling the hotel after landing. There was a little queue at check in but not too bad. Staff were really nice. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good with selection of cold and hot items. I had a yoghurt, porridge, eggs and bacon, and they also had toast / bagels / muffins and fruit on offer. Juice, tea and coffee also readily available. Book the shuttle evening before check out. A convenient stay near the airport for an overnight layover.

Giulia was very helpful and kind especially to a disabled person. She took care to keep my baggage safe while waiting for the room, and wheeled my luggage to the room. Excellent care throughout and then back out to the airport the next morning. Nathan was helpful that evening too.

we were pleasantly surprised when we got in to the hotel late and they offered us bottles of water to take to our room. Some of the breakfast food was not available at 8:30 AM when there was a lot of people waiting for it. The refill of eggs came out only about 10 minutes before they began closing the breakfast area, which was a closed door that no one could go beyond for more food. also, there were no forks or spoons at the two locations for utensils.
