We liked the room, it was clean and tidy. The breakfast was good with several options. No issues with the A/C, we had to change room because one of the lamps and the tv was not working but the front desk changed us to another room very quick. The third-party company for parking has a very bad communication method, we couldn't update the new vehicle on the app, but at the end the GM of the hotel was able to help us.

The hotel and staff are excellent. NOTE: be prepared though, you have to pay for parking, including the night you stay as a guest. And there is a service fee for the parking company. A one night stay cost an additional $17 for parking for less than twelve hours. Other hotels in the area do not charge you parking for the nights you are staying.

Breakfast was okay and probably the best part of our stay. We had to change rooms 3 times when first arriving. In the first room they was hair in the showers and bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned. The second room had clipped toenails on the floor next to the bed, and finally after being moved to a third room the bathrooms were again not cleaned properly. The shower had hair on the floor and dirt on the floor of the shower. We finally got fed up with moving around and just requested them to have house keeping come by to clean the restroom. After waiting for multiple hours room service finally arrived and cleaned our shower and bathroom. The front desk clerk was very rude when we had requested different rooms and when we asked for housekeeping to come by to clean the final room. Our room keys also stopped working/deactivated after the first night and we had to request new keys. It also wasn’t listed that we had to pay for parking when booking this hotel. So on top of everything else we had to pay 12.99 a night to park the car and stay at the hotel. Overall not a great experience.

The pictures online was so untrue… first off they charge $12 Daily to park, there was no coffee pot in room, the bed was so lumpy, daily cleaning are a joke. I’m sorry but I was really hoping for a better experience. The young girl at check in was really sweet but don’t go after six the girls are so rude. I had a few questions the first night so I went down stairs to ask the front desk, I wasn’t greeted like I should have been. She was too busy looking at her phone and eating to help me needles to say I didn’t go again the rest of my stay

Our stay at this hotel was excellent from beginning to end. The facilities were very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was always friendly, attentive, and willing to help, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed for a perfect stay. The location is very convenient, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel is pleasant and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a first-class experience.
