Got to the room late, the toilet was broken. The front desk stated that they didn’t have anymore available rooms. However, we are welcome to use the lobby restrooms for our stay! Totally unacceptable! Still waiting for Expedia to resolve the issue. Room was old, towel rack was broken tub was filthy! I cannot believe the positive reviews on this website

Bad stay, no elevator.

Having a room on 3th floor was very difficult because I'm a senior and stairs very hard for me. The elevator not working was awful.

The room had dirty and stained towels upon arrival, they never gave us new towels as requested. The room also had flickering lights (not a little flicker, full flash on and off) which doesnt work very well with epilepsy. When I asked if we could get that fixed or a new room, I was immediately hit with "Well we're sold out and our maintenance guy is at a friends house, so I can give you a bulb if you want" (I had already tried removing the bulb and was unable) which is kind of a strange request from the hotel. After filling out the hotel's post checkout review on their website, I recieved an extremely unprofessional email from someone named "Snow" with the hotel where I was pretty much told that it was my fault they couldnt get a new room for us or fresh towels. I guess they werent fully wrong because I could (and should!) have chosen ANY other hotel to stay at!
