Dogs were constantly barking in a room .. we thought they might stop at some point but they didn’t .. we then complained to the desk .. the dogs stopped barking… merciful heaven … in the week we were there the breakfast offerings steadily went down hill.. starting from meager to in any practical way nothing .. even as the coffee stayed good … we went out into the strip mall to find breakfast..you would be better off fixing some coffee and let it go at that .. not try food on any level rather than present such a poor effort ..

Breakfast Logistics

The room and staff were great. But the design of how breakfast is offered is horrible. Several people dropped food on the floor because one must hold the door to the hot serve area open, while trying to bend down with holding the tongs to try and squeeze food to then place on a plate off to the side.

Nice area and friendly staff.

We stayed for two weeks on business. They cleaned our room twice. The first time took us asking three times after the first week for them to clean it. We loved the laundry and gym on site and the coffee and breakfast buffet every day, although they seemed to run out of breakfast every day. Otherwise great location and fun place to live for a bit. The front desk staff was nice and friendly.

I got a queen double bed room… both beds had hair in the sheets and comforters. Asked for new ones which also had hair so they said they would do a deep clean of the room the next day. They did but both beds still had hair all over them. I had to go and buy sheets and ask for another blanket. Messaged on Expedia and got no resolution yet.

The property is on the worn side with updates/improvements needed. They had workers trying to access the room at 9:00am on a Sunday to do hvac maintenance instead of waiting for us to check out at 11:00 or scheduling it during the week to avoid higher occupancy.
