I was setting up a booking. Long story short I did a pay at hotel option. I didn’t go there ended up at a cheaper hotel only to realize they already took money out of my account without me checking in… then days after talking to customer service they said I couldn’t get a refund. 300$ down the drain.. really messed me up

People all outside arguing through out the entire night. Tv didn’t work so I couldn’t do nothing but hear it and was too exhausted to exchange.

I didn't like that the picture and information given about the property was deceptive. Also, I was charged the refundable deposit to have a room on the 1st floor "upgrade". There are no elevators. Definitely would not recommend.

Being handed a roll of toilet paper when checking in, Being told that there was a no refundable $5 resort fee and a $25 refundable deposit fee and for a un refundable fee I could get a better room. told him I would do the better room but if there was anything wrong with it I would be back for the $25.Well the toilet paper holder broke when putting on toilet paper, fridge made a high pitch squeal had to unplug, could not get the shower to spray out. WONT BEW COMING BACK THERE

The room was ok. It was clean but the room i stayed at didn't have hot water. I didn't realize till the morning tho when i wanted to take a shower before work. I will admit that a maintenance guy knocked on the door the day before asking if something was wrong and at that time i didn't know the hot water didn't work. Also the lamps kept flickering on and off
