We had a great week in the condo. What stood out were the comfortable beds and furniture, the excellent A/C units, the safe and quite location, the responsiveness of the management team, and the awesome snorkeling right in front of the building. Suggestions for improvements would be some extra care in cleaning before check in, general maintenance of the surfaces and storage areas and replacing some of the cookware and knives. We would definitely stay again and can recommend it to other guests.

Quiet and peaceful

My husband and i and our 12 year old daughter stayed here for a week. It was very nice and we had the pool and outside area to ourselves. Being able to xook was very nice and having unlimited warer to drink and make ice cubes was great too. Being right on the ocean was just wonderful. I messaged the hosts with questions and they replied right away. We would stay here again. The only 2 things we didn't like was the couch and how awkward and uncomfortable it was and the toaster toasted 1 side of the bread :). Other than that we lived it!

Fantastic Getaway!!

Beautiful property and view just as pictured!! This condo is in a great location and with a rental car we were able to travel all over and experieince alll the beauty, food and culture of Cozumel. Great communication with Mattias and onsite maintenance person to obtain an item needed (a cooler) and help facilitate a snorkel trip. Cannot wait to come back!

Would stay again! (and again)

Loved everything about this property. Mat and Isabella were very proactive before we arrived and were extremely helpful when our car rental fell through (side note: don’t reserve a car with Hertz). The property is clean, easy to access, and has comfortable beds. You will not find better views on the island. We spent many hours both at the pool and snorkeling from the property‘s access point. We saw lots of fish, a couple of rays, and an eel. We stayed a week. Wish it could have been longer!

Gorgeous

This has now become our new favorite place. The condo is beautiful, n comfortable. The view is breathtaking. My husband, n I love to snorkel. All the fish, coral, sea life right there was just everything. I also need to say that Matt, n everyone that works for him went above, n beyond for anything we needed. We wanted to rent scooters for the week we were there. They handled everything for us. Had them delivered. All of it. This is in the books of my top vacations. We are coming back, and definitely staying here. I would give more stars if I could

We will be back

We were more than pleased with our stay at Miramar condo. From check in to check out all of our questions were answered quickly. The grounds and pool are maintained beautifully. We met several other couples staying there-very friendly. Great snorkeling right in front of the condo and sunsets so beautiful! Matt helped us with setting up car rental and it was effortless. Really appreciated the washer and dryer too! We will definitely be returning!

Fabulous trip/property

My wife and I spent five nights at Mirimar and were already figuring out when we could go back while still there. The property is spotless and the views incredible. Matt was very responsive to any questions we had from the moment we booked, including having a rental car brought to the property for us to see the island for a day. Ezequiel is onsite during the day and will help with anything needed. We can't wait to go back and will be referring to our family and friends.

Very pleasant stay

Everything was as described on the website. The washer/dryer, including 3 different kinds of detergent, really helped out. We actually never cooked anything but everything was there if we needed. The pool and grounds were kept immaculate.

Oceanside Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was beautiful and we really enjoyed being able to snorkel right from the pool area. Mateo and Isabela were very helpful in getting exursions arranged, as well as spot on recommending restaurants.

Great get away!

The apartment is beautiful and spacious. The water is unbelievably clear and we loved being able to snorkel right off the property. The kids loved jumping of the platform. Management is very prompt in respond to inquiries. Wish we could have stayed longer

Clean & Spacious, Lots of stairs, not for small children

My friend and I stayed at 403 for a week and loved the location, snorkeling, promptness of Matias when help was needed, ease of parking and the spacious unit. It was well furnished with updated beds and furniture and clean enough, but needed some updating in the kitchen and guest bathrooms. The interior stairs to the bedrooms were good for us, however I would not recommend for small children as there is no hand railing on 1 side which is a nice modern look but very open. The kitchen was perfect for making snacks and drinks but I would not consider it equipped to prepare a full meal for a family. Over all we loved our stay here and appreciated the attentiveness of the property manager when we needed something.

MATIAS ~MostOutstandingOVERANDABOVE PropertyConciereManagerEVER!!!

We planned a 5 day vacation in Cozumel to rest an recover from months of Cancer Treatment. Matias was an outstanding communicator and concierge with staff helping us with luggage and then crisis that developed poolside day 2 of vacation. He drove to the property,called an ambulance and came to our rescue to translate and direct us to a hospital ~ checked on us and moved us to 1st floor no stairs when discharged from hospital 2days later. Matias exceeded all expectations from an employee perspective ~ it was as though my brother was with us to help us navigate through the medical crisis of “gran mal seizures” getting treatment to evaluate In Cozumel! We are world travelers all our life ~ this was our only emergency experience and this man is a really incredible human! You are Safe at Cozumel seaside vacation properties. We have had 20 or so trips to Cozumel ~ we will be back & will not stay anywhere else.

When I think of Cozumel I think about Miramar as my home. I have visited alone and with my grandchildren. Each time we received a warm welcome. The staff responded to requests without hesitation. Communications were answered promptly. When I return to Cozumel, I will return to Miramar.

Lovely Condo on the water!

We had a wonderful stay again at Miramar! Matt and Isabella are terrific hosts. The condo had everything we needed and the location can't be beat! Hope to return in the spring! Highly recommend!

Great location

We had a great time staying at this property. The condo was close to restaurants and downtown. Snorkeling around the condo was great! The property management company responded quickly and arranged for a rental to be delivered to the condo and on site COVID testing.

Beautiful, comfortable, clean and dry

We stayed at Miramar 403 for a week. The condo has a beautiful ocean view. It was clean dry and comfortable. The quality of the bed makes a vacation for me, and this one was very nice, firm yet slightly plush. The kitchen was equipped with all the essentials to cook meals. Huge props to the grounds keepers on property! One day they were cutting the palm trees and coconuts. I asked if there was coconut milk in the basketball sized cocunuts. He said yes! And then proceeded to hack a couple with a machete so we could drink them. They were so delicious! We washed and dried a few loads of clothes. We had an issue with our washing machine and the grounds keepers tended to the repair immediately. The entire property was clean and well kept. With one giant stride or jump off the diving platform we were in the ocean with AMAZING snorkeling! There's a little gear shop a short walk south called Pepe's where we rented some gear. Matt and Isabella were accessable by e mail and responded quickly. They were very helpful with arranging experiences and the COVID test required to re enter the states. The quality and the price were spot on. Thank you Matt and Isabella! We will stay here again!!!
